Monday-Friday: 7 am, 9 am, 12 pm, 4:30 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm

Saturday-Sunday: 9 am, 12 pm, 2 pm

Open Gym

Monday-Friday: 7 am-8 pm

Saturday-Sunday: 8 am-4 pm 

Child & Youth Classes

Child Classes (ages 4-8)- Monday/Wednesday at 4 pm
Youth Classes (ages 9-12)- Tuesday/Thursday at 4 pm

Sparring Instruction

Sunday: 1 pm
