Our 60 minute group fitness classes combine cardio, strength, and boxing technique. They will increase your endurance by providing a boxing oriented workout. All skill levels are welcome to these classes; from beginners to experienced boxers. Ages 13 and up welcome. Typical group fitness classes will include a warm-up, shadow boxing, mitt work, bag work, technical skills, and strengthening exercises. Our group fitness classes are non-contact. No boxing experience required. We integrate basic skills into every class. Hand wraps and boxing gloves required.
Private training sessions can occur in 30 or 60 minute blocks with a trainer of your choosing. Private training integrates the same great workout from our group fitness classes but with more personal attention and faster progression. These sessions are a great way to learn boxing, improve technique, or get a more personalized workout. We work with you to learn your boxing and fitness goals and meet you where you are at. Beginners welcome and encouraged!
Our facility features quality, clean, up-to-date fitness and boxing equipment. Open gym is available anytime during business hours. Some of our equipment includes: treadmills, a stationary bike, an elliptical, a Smith Machine, bench press, free weights, chest press, 11 heavy bags, 2 speed bags, 2 double end bags, a full sized boxing ring, and much, more. Sparring permitted during all open gym hours with headgear and mouthguard.
