2018 SUMMER BOXING BOOTCAMP

June 18-29 - Two Week Intensive

Includes six special bootcamp classes per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 am and 7 pm. Morning classes are 60 minutes and focus on strength and conditioning. Evening classes are 60 minutes and focus on boxing technique and cardio. Includes access to open gym for the duration of bootcamp. Attendance at all classes strongly encouraged (but not required). This bootcamp will conclude with a barbecue for participants and friends/family on Saturday, June 30th!

July 23-August 10 - 21 Day Extended

Includes five special bootcamp classes per week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Tuesday and Thursday classes will take place at 6:30 am for 30 minutes and 7 pm for 60 minutes. Saturday class will be at 10 am for 60 minutes. Morning classes will focus on strength and conditioning while evening classes will be boxing oriented. Includes open gym access for duration of bootcamp. Attendance at all classes is strongly encouraged (but not required).
